Shoreham Harbour by night

Last night I went in search of some night photography at Shoreham Harbour. Apart from the fact that it was freezing, I was so jumpy (being there by myself in the dark) that it was probably the most hasty photo opportunity Ive ever had. ApoIogies to any Shoreham residents who saw a shifty character dressed in black running around with a tripod at 7.30 last night.I was playing with my Nikon D800E in HDR mode just to see what it was all about... and I'm not too impressed really.

These exposures range from 2.5 to 8 seconds, 400iso, at f13.
