Portraiture for business

Last week I visited the amazing Richard Williams Contemporary Furniture to shoot some portraits for his new website, here are a few of my favorite results. I enjoy combining formal and informal portraiture, my subjects were very accommodating and open to ideas and I had a very relaxed brief. I hope you like the results :)

These were shot in color and then converted to black and white using Lightroom on Nikon D800E

Front cover of the Brighton Photo Fringe 2016

I am very proud to announce that my portrait is on the front cover of the Brighton Photo Fringe 2016 Exhibition Catalogue. I hope you can make my exhibition 'A Portrait of Childhood' at the Big Beach Cafe 1st-30th October. There will be lots more beautiful children's portraits on display.

Fun in the Sunshine at Kensington Palace

I had a wonderful day at Kensington Palace yesterday photographing the winners of the Historic Royal Palaces 'Time Explorers' challenge. The children had a great time competing in various Victorian themed games and had prizes handed out by Queen Victoria herself!

International Photographer of the Year 2015

I am very proud to announce that I have received an 'Honorable Mention' in the much coveted 2015/16 I.P.O.T.Y Awards.

I entered my portrait of Rueben and am very pleased with the result as the competition was tough! Watch this space for more competitions coming to fruition in the next few months and sneak previews of my Taylor Wessing entries for 2016.
